This Product is eligible for exchange. (No returns, only exchange)
You can ask for an exchange in the following cases
1) in case of damaged product received
2) in case of wrong product received
3) in case of incomplete product received
We will initiate the pickup of delivered products in any of the above cases and create a new shipment containing the same product. A fresh piece of the same product will be delivered.
We have five days for exchange after delivery (The day of delivery is also counted)
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
